Liberty Mutual Insurance Receives 2018 Digital Workplace of the Year Award for Implementation of the Workgrid Assistant

During the 2018 Digital Workplace Experience event held in Chicago, Liberty Mutual Insurance was honored with the 2018 Digital Workplace of the Year award. This accolade is presented by the Digital Workplace Group in partnership with SMG and CMSWire was awarded to Liberty Mutual’s Digital Workplace, built using Workgrid’s Intelligent Workplace Platform.

Not only do employees love the digital assistant, but the digital assistant is also delivering real, tangible value to employees including one-click access to popular employee data such as payroll, time-off balances, approval workflows, organization charts, and more - reducing the number of clicks it takes for employees to access employee data by 70% and saving employees on average 5 minutes a week.
