Workgrid December Product Update

At Workgrid, our goal is to simplify the work day and improve employee experience, and this month's updates include the launch of game-changing functionality that is sure to do both. If your new year's resolutions include getting organized, you're in for a treat.

Introducing Workgrid Tasks

Employees now have a single location to manage every to-do on their list: Workgrid Tasks. Located within the To Do panel, users will find a place to organize all their tasks, whether they're work tasks, team tasks, enterprise tasks, or personal to-dos.

  • Creating and sharing task lists is easy.

  • Due dates and priorities can be assigned.

  • Filters help users quickly identify what's due today, tomorrow, and later.

  • Adding notes and commenting is simple.

Unlike most other task management solutions, users will find they can keep track of every to-do from Workgrid, not just work tasks. We know attending the virtual science fair for your kiddo is just as important as getting the agenda drafted for the quarterly division meeting - and we want you to be able to see all your to-dos, so no matter what's important to you, it's there.

Integrations & Apps

We get excited when we can simplify interactions with complex enterprise systems. This month, we have the following integration and app updates that will help simplify and improve users' work days:

SAP Fieldglass Integration - managers who use Fieldglass to approve contractor timesheets can now have those timesheets delivered via To Do notifications, making them easy to review and approve.

UKG Ready Integration with Payday App - employees at organizations using the UKG Ready payroll system can now get a summary of their net pay with Workgrid's Payday app. When admins install Payday from the app catalog, they should select UKG Ready as the source system.

UKG Ready Integration with Time Off App - employees at organizations using the UKG Ready time management system can find their time off hours in the Workgrid Time Off app. Admins should select UKG Ready as the source system when they install Time Off from the app catalog.

People Search Favorites - Workgrid users can now flag individuals as "favorites" within their People Search app to quickly and easily reference favorites' contact and organizational information.

Platform Updates

Customers using SCIM provisioning with Microsoft AzureAD can sync manager information with a user's profile. Admins can target notifications and surveys to managers, while apps like People Search can reference the manager hierarchy to deliver rich end-user functionality.
