Company News

Workgrid partners with SAP to provide employees a consolidated, simplified experience for approvals across the enterprise.

Dover, NH- January 6th, 2021 - Workgrid Software, provider of intelligent digital workplace solutions and wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance, is pleased to announce a new partnership with SAP that includes integrations with SAP® Ariba® and SAP® Fieldglass® solutions.

These integrations help enable employees to approve procurement requests, external worker timesheets and expense reports in a few simple clicks right from the Workgrid platform. They are among many integrations now available from Workgrid that help improve productivity and reduce frustration by giving employees easy and centralized access to the enterprise systems they use the most.

“Our primary goal at Workgrid is to simplify the work day.” says Brett Caldon, co-founder and CEO of Workgrid. “We do that by providing employees with a unified digital experience that enables them to find information and complete routine tasks more quickly and with fewer steps, so they can spend more time on the meaningful work that drives engagement and business value.”

The Workgrid Timesheet Approvals app integrates with the SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management solution and allows managers to approve timesheet requests right from Workgrid on any device. The Workgrid Timesheet Approvals app also notifies contingent workers once their timesheet has been approved.

The Workgrid Procurement Approvals app integrates with the SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing solutions to send Smart Notifications within Workgrid to the submitter, approvers and watchers of requisitions and invoices. These Smart Notifications provide detailed information about the requisition or invoices and makes it possible to directly process approval and return actions right from within Workgrid, across any device.

The Workgrid Timesheet Approvals app and Workgrid Procurement Approvals app are available directly from Workgrid’s App Catalog as well as for purchase on SAP® App Center, the digital marketplace for SAP partner offerings.
