Workgrid is proud to announce that we have been ranked as a leading digital workspace platform according to an independent review conducted by Info-Tech Research Group. In this report, the 2021 Digital Workspace Data Quadrant Awards, 12 digital workplace vendors were analyzed across more than 40 parameters to give a detailed breakdown of the digital workplace market.
Workgrid’s Gold Medalist ranking came as a result of earning a composite satisfaction score of 8.5 out of 10. This satisfaction score averages the four different evaluation areas of Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features and Likeliness to Recommend. Our solid standing in the “leader” category is particularly noteworthy given the competition we were ranked against, such as MS Teams, Workplace from Facebook, Kissflow Digital Workplace and MangoApps.
This category measures user emotional response ratings, such as trustworthiness, respectfulness, fairness, etc. Workgrid tied for the second-highest ranked score out of the 12 vendors that were researched for this report.
With an overall vendor capability satisfaction score of 82%, it’s clear that Workgrid excels at helping customers create and execute on an effective digital workplace strategy that delivers long-term value to employees and to the business.
Usability and intuitiveness of the platform ranked highly, given that organizations can be up and running quickly with Workgrid’s value-driven suite of out-of-the-box features. Vendor Support, along with Availability and Quality of Training, were also very highly ranked thanks to a dedicated team of Customer Success Specialists who are highly trained to help customers get immediate value from the Workgrid Digital Workplace Platform. Ease of data integration was also a key factor in our overall ranking given Workgrid’s ability to integrate seamlessly with other core enterprise systems.
Workgrid ranked highly for various product features that have the most impact on simplifying the work day and improving the employee experience within the digital workplace, including but not limited to integrations and our news feed.
Workgrid integrates with top enterprise systems, such as Oracle HCM, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, Chrome River, Service Now, Concur, and Office365, helping organizations maximize their existing investments while also delivering personalized experiences to every member of their workforce.
With Workgrid, customers can leverage out-of-the-box integrations to provide single-click access to personalized information and task-based functions such as time-off balances, payroll information, approvals, and more, all from a central location.
This access can be located directly from your intranet, a desktop application, or a mobile application- ensuring all employees have the information they want and need, exactly where they want to view it.
An effective newsfeed is a critical component of modern digital workplace strategy. Because employees are interacting with more systems than ever before, it’s nearly impossible for them to know what they need to pay attention to at any given moment.
Newsfeeds eliminate that challenge, however, by aggregating notifications and other important alerts and communications into a single place. At Workgrid, we call these Smart Notifications.
Workgrid Smart Notifications consolidate everything employees need to know and do into a single, streamlined experience, providing higher visibility for important information and ensuring employees never miss critical updates. Better yet, Smart Notifications are tailored to each employee, so they get only the information they need and can get back to work more quickly.
Your peers overwhelmingly agree that Workgrid is a digital workplace platform that’s worthy of consideration. Want to see how Workgrid can help you execute on your digital workplace strategy?
