Digital Marketing Manager

Workgrid seeks a digital marketing manager to plan and lead the implementation of Workgrid’s digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of new digital marketing campaigns using various channels aimed at generating brand awareness and driving lead conversions.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital marketing professional who is data-driven and passionate about all things digital marketing, from online advertising, social media, search engine optimization, and analytics. They have a proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Workgrid’s digital marketing strategy using digital channels such as Google, PPC, paid social, remarketing, and email.

  • Manage day-to-day best practices in digital marketing operations and related tactics, such as lead scoring, lead source, enrollment funnel tracking, and analytics-based content recommendations.

  • Manage, measure, and optimize the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing programs.

  • Set up appropriate tracking mechanisms to report on key metrics and effectively optimize campaigns. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Conduct keyword research, advise on ad spend and placement, test and optimize ad copy, and provide optimization strategizes to maximize efficiency.

  • Build and optimize webpages and marketing landing pages for digital campaign success.

  • Curate copy and work with graphic designer to create graphics for digital campaigns.

  • Support the management of Workgrid’s marketing automation platform (currently Marketo) to ensure appropriate configurations are setup and maintained by all users to support marketing automation programs from drip campaigns, email subscription lists, lead scoring, and appropriate lead tracking.

  • Assist with managing Workgrid’s social media presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on optimization and conversion.

  • Assist with making updates to the Workgrid website, including creating and adding new copy, identifying areas for optimization/improvements, and creating landing pages to support marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience running successful lead generation campaigns utilize SEO, paid search, remarketing, video, social media, and other digital marketing mediums

  • Excellent knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM, database management

  • Data-driven marketer who can measure and report on campaign ROI and success metrics

  • Requires 5-7 years of digital marketing experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated leadership experience

  • Fast learner with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment

  • Proven track record of executing and driving results and ROI across digital channels

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
