This particular role on our team will represent Workgrid to our integration partners and will own the entire process to help us drive our business. Additionally, this role will align with Product and Customer Success to Identify 3rd party system providers and contacts with whom we want to partner.
Under limited supervision, this role ensures Product and Customer Success is aware of criteria and timelines associated with all current and possible future integration agreements. We’re looking for someone who can also be the champion of our integration channel while being confident and comfortable communicating to our customers and internal stakeholders.
You’ll have an active role in sharing integration roadmaps to internal stakeholders to provide insights that may influence direction. We’re looking for someone to establish an operating model and own the business of integrations for Workgrid.
Responsible for integration readiness, ensuring delivery teams have everything they need to start building an integration before development begins.
Responsible for integration and sandbox maintenance strategy.
Streamlines the readiness model, make it a repeatable and intuitive experience, and communicate the process to those who take on readiness responsibilities.
Escalates risks, issues, concerns, and questions to our integration partners to help eliminate roadblocks to integration delivery.
Continuously learns about emerging integration capabilities and assesses how Workgrid can leverage systems to enable customer success.
Ability to do POCs to determine feasibility of integration and/or use case. Important that the person can dive in and assess things from a technical perspective to identify showstoppers early.
Performs and coordinates the necessary research to learn about partner public APIs, documentation, versions, use case data fulfillment, API limitations, etc., and whether customer use case needs can be met
Enables Workgrid to deliver integrations for customers through our integrations catalog and no/low-code solution, Workshop.
Ensures we have data needed to test integrations in a 3rd party provided sandbox environment.
Bachelors or Masters degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills.
Versed in diverse technologies and new technical architecture principles and concepts.
Business function(s) and I/T industry business issues; extensive knowledge of business operations, strategies, and objectives.
Extensive understanding of agile software development concepts and processes. Must be proactive, demonstrate initiative and be a logical thinker.
Extensive consultative skills, including the ability to understand and apply customer requirements, including drawing out unforeseen implications and making recommendations for design, the ability to define design reasoning, understanding potential impacts of design requirements.
Must have coding knowledge in order to evaluate APIs.
Experience with Jira Software and Salesforce for project management.
Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required.
