Recognition reminders

Encourage a culture of appreciation by nudging employees to recognize or thank a colleague if it's been more than a month since they last submitted a recognition. The notification will include a friendly reminder to recognize their peers and a direct link to OC Tanner.

Out of the box, the Recognition Reminder app sends a notification on Wednesday at 3pm to employees who fall into the criteria, but all features can be modified to your preferences.

The Recognition Reminders app was designed with OC Tanner V1.

This app template may be customized for alternate integrations using Workgrid's no-code builder.

API Details

For the best user experience, please ensure all users in your selected user group for the trigger have email addresses that match their OC Tanner user profile.

Endpoints:

  • Get User by email (or OC Tanner employee id)

  • Get History by employee id
