In this report, the 2021 Digital Workspace Data Quadrant Awards, 12 digital workplace vendors were analyzed across more than 40 parameters to give a detailed breakdown of the digital workplace market.

Workgrid’s Gold Medalist ranking came as a result of earning a composite satisfaction score of 8.5 out of 10. This satisfaction score averages the four different evaluation areas of Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features and Likeliness to Recommend. Our solid standing in the “leader” category is particularly noteworthy given the competition we were ranked against, such as MS Teams, Workplace from Facebook, Kissflow Digital Workplace and MangoApps.

This category measures user emotional response ratings, such as trustworthiness, respectfulness, fairness, etc. Workgrid tied for the second-highest ranked score out of the 12 vendors that were researched for this report.
Vendor Capability Satisfaction of 82%
With an overall vendor capability satisfaction score of 82%, it’s clear that Workgrid excels at helping customers create and execute on an effective digital workplace strategy that delivers long-term value to employees and to the business.
Usability and intuitiveness of the platform ranked highly, given that organizations can be up and running quickly with Workgrid’s value-driven suite of out-of-the-box features. Vendor Support, along with Availability and Quality of Training, were also very highly ranked thanks to a dedicated team of Customer Success Specialists who are highly trained to help customers get immediate value from the Workgrid Digital Workplace Platform. Ease of data integration was also a key factor in our overall ranking given Workgrid’s ability to integrate seamlessly with other core enterprise systems.
