In this report, the 2022 Digital Workplace Data Quadrant Awards, 17 digital workplace vendors were evaluated and ranked based on feedback from IT and business professionals. The features, functionality, and services of these organizations were analyzed across a variety of parameters to give a detailed breakdown on the digital workplace market. Workgrid ranked highly across all categories, including five first-place rankings in categories for usability and intuitiveness and for the Workgrid mobile app.

Workgrid’s Gold Medalist ranking is the result of earning a composite satisfaction score of 8.9/10. This satisfaction score averages the four different evaluation areas of Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, Net Emotional Footprint, and Likeliness to Recommend. It is an honor to receive this ranking given the other gold medal recipients, including MS Teams, Kissflow, MangoApps, and ThoughtFarmer.

This category represents the emotional sentiment held by end users based on their experience with the vendor. 94% of survey participants ranked Workgrid as “critical” to their professional success and used terms such as “performance enhancing,” “enables productivity,” and “saves time” when asked to describe their feelings about the product.

Vendor Capability: 85%

With an average vendor capability score of 85%, Workgrid demonstrates a proven ability to create and execute effective digital workplace strategies for customers. Vendor Support ranked particularly well, thanks to Workgrid’s team of dedicated Customer Success specialists. Usability and Intuitiveness also received high marks, along with Ease of Implementation and Ease of IT Administration, making Workgrid an ideal solution for organizations that want a digital workplace solution that can be up and running quickly.

Workgrid’s ranking in this category recognizes the importance of creating intuitive, modern experiences for every employee journey, no matter how large or small. We integrate with foundational systems such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, Jira and Zendesk to help organization improve the employee experience for tasks such as viewing time off balance, ordering equipment, finding information, simplifying service desk ticketing, onboarding, training, and upskilling, and more.

Chatbot

With a proven track record of helping organizations reduce costs by automating the service desk process (in some cases by 93%) Workgrid’s chatbot is an expected leader in this category. We’re confident that this feature of our digital workplace solution will only grow in influence and popularity as collaboration platforms expand to include conversational interfaces for third-party applications. We’re currently finalizing an MS Teams integration that will allow users working in Teams to receive notifications, take action on tasks, and interact with the chatbot for assistance.
